Privacy Policy

Last updated: 5 June 2026

This is a courtesy translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version (Política de Privacidad) prevails.

1. Data controller

2. Purpose of processing

This website does not actively collect personal data: it has no public contact forms, requires no registration, does not send newsletters and does not build visitor profiles. The only technical traces are those inherent to any web service (delivery of files to the browser, basic server logs for security) and any traces that may be collected by embedded third-party services as detailed in section 7.

3. Legal basis for processing

Processing is grounded, as applicable, on the following legal bases set out in Article 6 GDPR:

4. Data collected

Explicitly: no forms are collected, no registration is required, no nominative individual-user logs are kept and no visitor profiles are built. Technical logs generated by the hosting provider (for example, IP address, user agent, timestamp) are retained solely for service security and availability and are not cross-referenced with other data to identify natural persons.

5. Recipients and processors

To make the technical operation of the site possible, the Community relies on the following processors or third-party providers, each with its own privacy policy:

No personal data are transferred to any third party for commercial, advertising or profiling purposes.

6. Retention periods

No identifying personal data arising from browsing are retained by the Community, since none are actively collected. Technical logs held by external providers are governed by their own retention policies.

7. Cookies

The site does not use first-party cookies. Cookies or technical traces may be set by the third-party services listed in section 5 (for example, Google Fonts or Google Maps when their resources are loaded on the page). Users can manage, restrict or block cookies through their browser settings. For more information on cookies and how to control them, see aboutcookies.org.

8. Your rights

Because the site does not actively collect personal data, there is no processing on which to exercise rights against the Community. Nevertheless, users retain at all times the following rights recognised by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD against any data controller, including the Community should it ever hold identifying personal data:

To exercise these rights, please write to the postal address indicated in section 1. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos) via its electronic office at www.aepd.es.

9. Changes

The Community may update this privacy policy to reflect changes in law, technology or providers. The date of the latest update appears at the top of this document; please review this page periodically.
