3. Purpose

This website is the official site of the Comunidad de Propietarios Conjunto Señorío de Aloha. Its purpose is informational: to publish general information about the residential community, its setting in Nueva Andalucía (Marbella) and associated editorial content. The site is not a commercial platform, sells no goods or services, takes no bookings and does not collect contact forms from the public.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

All content on the website — texts, photographs, illustrations, visual identity, trade marks and original source code — is the property of Comunidad de Propietarios Conjunto Señorío de Aloha, or is used with the appropriate authorisation of its respective owners, and is protected by Spanish and EU intellectual and industrial property law, in particular Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996 of 12 April approving the consolidated text of the Spanish Intellectual Property Act.

The Community reserves the right to modify, without prior notice, the information contained on this website, as well as its configuration and presentation, at any time. Such changes take effect upon publication on this page.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from access to or use of the website, the parties expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Marbella (Málaga), waiving any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled, except where applicable law imposes a different jurisdiction.
