Nueva Andalucía · Marbella
Our home in the Golf Valley
Completed in 2002, Señorío de Aloha is home to five residential buildings — Giralda, Triana, Doñana, Alhambra and Mezquita — set among landscaped gardens with views of La Concha mountain. Whether you live here year-round, visit for holidays, or rent your apartment, this is our shared community space.
We communicate in English, Spanish, Swedish and any language you feel at home in. We help each other translate, share documents not gossip, and keep things civil — disagreement is welcome, personal attacks are not.

Developed by José Banús from the 1960s, Nueva Andalucía grew from farmland into one of the Costa del Sol's most prestigious addresses. Puerto Banús was inaugurated in 1970, and the Aloha Golf Club — designed by Javier Arana — opened in 1975. Today, the neighbourhood is home to an international community drawn by its climate, golf courses, and relaxed Mediterranean lifestyle.
